Alicia Pace

Alicia Pace, MA HSI, PCM

Alicia grew up in an intentional community where collaboration, conflict resolution, and shared responsibility were part of everyday life. When she stepped into her early professional roles, particularly in purpose-driven organizations, she was surprised to find that infighting, ego, and territoriality often got in the way of the mission. The disconnect between espoused values and lived experience was striking, and it sparked her commitment to helping people work better together in service of meaningful change.

Driven by a desire to transform these environments, Alicia pursued a Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention. She became a certified coach and organizational development consultant, committed to cultivating workplaces where people can thrive. For over 18 years, Alicia has guided individuals and organizations toward meaningful growth that nurtures both personal and professional well-being. Her expertise has been sought across not-for-profit, public, higher education, and philanthropic sectors in Canada and around the world.

Alicia’s journey has been enriched by her volunteer work in Restorative Justice, Critical Incident Stress Support for First Responders, and Conflict Mediation. As a Mentor in the Human Systems Intervention Graduate program at Concordia University, she remains a dedicated learner, especially in the areas of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Her credentials as a certified Professional Integral Coach and Yasodhara Yoga Teacher further inform her holistic approach.

Inspired by these practices, Alicia embodies courage, awareness, and integrity in her work. She is passionate about creating spaces that are inclusive, honouring, and empowering for everyone she collaborates with.

Coaching with Alicia was a transformational experience. She not only helped me dig deep in order to understand the dynamics contributing to my way of being in the world, but she provided me with metaphors and exercises that actually helped me change this way of being.

The experiential nature of Alicia’s approach, along with her embodied compassion and wisdom, was a powerful combination creating beneficial changes for me not only professionally but also personally.

I’m incredibly grateful for the Integral Coaching work that Alicia and I did together and would highly recommend Alicia to anyone looking to make lasting changes in their life on both a professional and personal level.

Alicia is a multi-talented facilitator of human growth. Her work in organizational development, facilitation, complex systems change and coaching is simply outstanding. Super well prepared, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience, being fun and fully present, this is how you experience Alicia if you have the pleasure of working with her.

Alicia helped me navigate one of the trickiest periods of my professional journey, as I was looking to exit one company and start another. I felt "stuck" in old (and unhelpful patterns) while trying to negotiate with the various stakeholders.

Alicia's straightforward - but truly profound - approach helped me discover a new way of turning thoughts into action was exactly the solution I was looking for (even if I didn't know it!).

Alicia is thoughtful, kind and wise. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
